The Trick is to turn off the Gas Off So you can put Turkey in Hot Oil. Then Turn Flame back On. Plus I’ve marked where the oil should be so No Overflow. No Worries Not my 1st Rodeo

The Trick is to let the Coco powder Sit in the Espresso for at least 5 minutes. It brings out the chocolate flavor. Just to your liking

The Double chocolate espresso sourdough is a keeper. It looks Good. Hot out of the oven or Toasted with some cream cheese It’s 4 Stars

Good Luck. The trick is to let the Coco Sit in the espresso for 5 minutes. That Brings the Chocolate flavor out. The Dough does get a little sticky don’t be afraid to add a little more flour. I make 1 big loaf. Out of the recipe
