That’s a great question, Linda. My approach is to keep my side of conversations civil. While I can’t control what the other person says, I can 100% control what I say and how I respond. The example I want to set is helping folks see that cooler, more logical heads will prevail in the long-run.

True. The only valid choice is to keep trying. Focus on what you can control and set a good example for others, especially our young ones.
