I'm not affected since my seats are in Fan Zone and are pretty much discount-proof, but if I were shelling out $125+ a game in the sideline/premium areas I'd be peeved that people could get my category for much less.

You can't park there. That's where arena/concession employees park and you'll need a special pass to get in.

Call and politely explain that you’re ready to move on to a different service for your needs. It’ll be like talking to a brick wall at first but eventually you will have a good chance to get them to change your rate to avoid losing you.
