Pleased that the Quantum #1-#4 KS has almost hit £1K, especially as many of my regular UK backers will likely already have the comics. That said, some have jumped on to support, which really is a splendid thing for them to do 🙂Quantum Newbies also very welcome, of course!

The latest issue of Quantum arrives in UK newsagents this week, with a glorious cover from line artist Gary Crutchley and colour artist Luca Mattoni. Luca also colours my Major Rakhana story inside, and has done a splendid job!

Really, rather than pause they should see this as more an opportunity to bin the existing, dated, predictable format. Then relaunch as something more akin to Masterchef Australia, which is genuinely inventive and entertaining while still keeping the competitive cooking front and centre.

Thought Bubble is huge this year, the new 4th hall has made it even more of a challenge to properly get around it all in just 2 days. I mean, it's still great, but... So. Many. Comics. 😲
