I’ve kept every one I’ve read in the last 35 years. Well probably lost the odd one. I was lucky to have some built in bookcases and it makes me happy every time I walk in to my study. Picture is just one wall. I have shelving on the opposite wall too. Mostly fiction. A little history and walking

Great recommendation. Fastest I’ve read a book for years. I’ve struggled to concentrate since around the start of COVID, but tore through this in three days. Nice, funny, intelligent and easy read. The Coast to Coast has been on my to do list for 15 years. Have a day trek in the High Atlas tomorrow!

Poor Monty is 14. He found a ball on his morning walk today. He used to chase a ball for hours, but he has arthritic elbows and can’t run now. He used to toss it to me to throw, but he’s just content to have it now.
