En tant que père, je déteste tellement ces affirmations qui mettent dans un même bateau tous les "jeunes". Il y a de bons/mauvais travailleurs et employeurs. L'âge à peu à voir avec la compétence ou l'incompétence.

These laws raise questions about privacy and net neutrality mostly. To enforce these laws, you would need to trust these private companies with really sensitive information about you. Giving payment method information is quite different than giving up your registration or passport to login.

It won't hurt for sure, but it is there to please a crowd. Gun control is not comparable: you have to buy something physical. So, you identify yourself. Accessing online content is almost impossible to stop/limit. I'm just saying parents who thinks their kids are now safe will have a reality check.

I don't complain, I'm just saying people who think these kinds of laws will change anything to access, it won't. This type of content is easily available. Whack a mole type of solution. 🤷♀️

This law will not prevent anyone from accessing this adult only content. You overestimate the enforcement of it.
Technically, music, TV shows and movies can't be pirated, but they still are. Even if laws exists.

If you think 10 years old will see less porn because of this law, you surely underestimate kids. It's not like Pornhub have the exclusivity on pr0n content. 😉

C'est pas mal ce que je me suis dit. Donc, si tu fais un peu de promotion, une vidéo qui ne dit rien ou ne vaut rien aura des millions de vues... Ou si tu veux pousser ton agenda, tu peux booster le nombre de lecture pour te rendre plus crédible.

Le délire transgenre c'est surtout les gens qui en font un plat. Ça touche tellement peu de gens, mais les offensés s'en offusquent plutôt que de mettre ce temps et cette énergie à régler de vrais problèmes sociaux. 🤷♀️
