I just voted in Connecticut-- and got this sticker! Change of pace from the usual (and I saw another voter at the store, with the usual "flag" sticker).
"I Voted" with a label for "Connecticut Sufferage Centennial" 1920-2020. Portrait: Mary Emma Townsend Seymour of Hartford challenged her fellow suffragists to make sure women of all races would benefit equally from the 19th Amendment. She was the first African American woman to run for the Connecticut State Assembly. Thank you Mary!
