Yes really low! Great atmosphere there. I think I was at the left of the stage as you looked at it, half way back. I recall Sugar being quite violent, not something I was used to! I would never have thought I’d still be going to see Suede over 30 years later!

Thanks for posting this, I was there too! There were loads of great gigs at Edwards around that time, I remember amazing shows by Sugar and Pavement, Mazzy Star walking off after a handful of songs and The Auteurs having a very off night. Pretty sure Radiohead supported Frank and Walters too.
