These stoves are a kind of AC/DC hybrid. They use 120v AC at only 15 amps to charge the onboard 5kWh battery. So 12 AWG wiring is plenty.
When cooking, the battery can supply up to 10kW of power, more than most 220v stoves. I like the idea of this, but they are pricey.
