The Post Office paid more than £600m to continue using the faulty Horizon IT system despite deciding to ditch it over a decade ago.

Fujitsu collected £2.5bn since 1999 for the flawed system, paid ZERO compensation to innocent postmasters.

No one prosecuted for the scandal. Will they ever be?
Why the Post Office paid £600m to stay shackled to the faulty Horizon system
Not owning crucial code has meant it has been unable to replace the system that led to a scandal.

The French would like to thank the UK for funding to them.

2020 - 2024: EDF owned by the French state made £91bn operating profit in the UK, subsidises French households/industry.

UK govts oppose public ownership but happy to let foreign govts own UK infrastructure, export billions of profits.
With bills having gone up, it’s time to take energy back into public ownership
The obscene profits of the energy industry show the sector is broken
