You miss the point. Trump is currently disqualified. A two-thirds majority is required to REMOVE the disqualification.

Trump remains disqualified from holding office unless and until two thirds of Congress vote to remove that disqualification. So when is that vote happening?
And who will prevent Trump from taking office illegitimately if the disqualification is not removed?
