Neil, many thanks indeed fo reporting this bird. Here's the info that we have on it. We ringed him on Islay in Oct 2020 and he's been highly site-faithful up to March 23 but clearly has gone wandering since then! And thanks @parula.bsky.social

Here's it's history, ringed Iceland July '23, wintered on Islay 23-24 but has moved up to Barra this winter (yours is the first 24-25 sighting)
