The left image is the Heart Nebula (IC 1805). The bottom image is the Soul Nebula (IC 1848), and it is a neighbor to the Heart Nebula. I thought it would be nice to picture them together.
The famous pair known as the Heart and Soul. a star-forming region is about 6,500 light-years away from Earth.

This image has two nebulae. On the left is the well-known Orion Nebula, also known as M42. It's located in the constellation Orion. The Orion Nebula is approximately 1,344 light-years away from Earth. Size: It spans about 24 light-years across.

The Flame Nebula and the Horsehead nebula, found in the constellation Orion. The bright star above the Flame is Alnitak, the left star in Orion's belt.

Here's an image that has a lot going on in it. There are three major components here; the Horsehead Nebula (IC 434), the bright star Alnitak, and the Flame Nebula (NGC 2024).

The Double Cluster (NGC 869 and NGC 884) is a pair of two young open star clusters located 7,600 light years away in the constellation Perseus.
