The only time Jesus condemns us to hell is Matthew 25:31-46 saying The sheep, who are blessed, are those who have shown compassion and helped the poor and afflicted. The goats, who are condemned, are those who have not.

Humans got a hold of it and twisted it to their own gains
This is what is meant by all sinners—in general, even an atheist would conclude that humankind is not the best

Jesus was trying to do away with the Old Testament and that’s what got him crucified. He wanted the marginalized groups to be recognized by his former church and they turned on him
And now his “followers” do unto others as was did unto him
