It’s been 13 years since I started @hbcugameday.bsky.social. That’s 1/3 of my life. This year I have been working on building my brand as an individual. It’s challenging but ultimately will be worthwhile.

My great-uncle went to pick up his SSI check on Thursday and they told him he showed up as deceased. He got it cleared up the next day but I HATE America signed up for this shit show.

Picked my daughter up from daycare the last two days and she smiled at me like I had $1 million in my pocket. Then she preceded to run me ragged for four hours each day. Now she’s sleeping like an angel 🤣❤️

I really appreciate hyper-intelligent people who can communicate ideas to people in a way that keeps them at least open to the knowledge they have instead of totally muting what they have to say with a perpetual toxic level of condescension.

Since it’s men’s mental health month, I’ll be transparent. Today, like most days since my father passed in September, I did NOT want to get out of bed.
But I committed to speaking to students and taking my grandma to run her errands. Thank God for the strength.
