So Kent is making salsa verde today from the tomatillos from the garden. So ingredients include tomatillos, onion, garlic, jalapeno peppers, salt, some piloncillo (to cut the sourness as some of the tomatillos were not fully ripe) and a small touch of chipotle peppers. Then roast, blend and can.

The new gate panels have been cut on the C&C Machine in the pattern of Monstera leaves and fitted in the gate. This is what the gate looks like before painting.

So today's project was to clip the hedge of plumbago at the base of the palm trees. Yard work is cathartic for me especially after hearing news of what is happening in the mainland U.S. I really don't do crazytown well.
