This patient came to see me for facial rejuvenation just 2 years after having a facelift with a different surgeon. She was bothered by the “lateral sweep” over her left cheek. She is pictured 4 months after I performed a secondary facelift, facial fat grafting, and erbium laser resurfacing.

This patient is two months post face and necklift with upper blepharoplasty. In every facelift that I perform, the “lift” is accomplished using the deep structures of the face. This produces a more natural and elegant result with great improvement in the cheek contour, jowls, jawline and neck.
