+ Red states may also be quicker to pass more lenient regs - the anti-NIMBY example from TX would be a godsend for building more housing in a good number of MA communities.

I would love for this article to come true, but the writer seems to be ignoring significant info/nuance against their stance.

Seems a little optimistic. At the present, even with "limited land," red states are still outbuilding blue. From one redditor:
