My BMI has me overweight, which is fine as my diet isn’t great & i drink too much.

So i did the BMI for my son who doesn’t drink, trains all the time and eats very healthy. It has him borderline overweight!!!

It really is a nonsense. If you’re overweight you know it, your big belly tells you!

My dog Benjy has given up walking. Used to go for long walks at the weekend. He refuses now. He walks for a small bit and then just sits down & won’t move until I walk back home.

I think I enjoyed the walks more than him!

He’s a house dog now!
