I'm no lawyer but the supreme court has ruled incorrectly. A Federal juge should be able to made a national decison. It's in the name "Federal". The "Supreme" court can overrule these decisions but it has to be one at a time.

A private school system is based on neither Capitalism or Socialism. Both systems should want equal resources for children so that the best can succeed based on merit. Having children get more access to educational resources based on what their parents have achieved is a form of nepotism.

Gambling Tip: When i was at University I studied probability and statistics. I was poor and well connected with other excellent mathematicians and we couldn't find a way to make money gambling. I'm not saying that it can be done but it is so rare that Hollywood will make a movie about it if you do.

Finance Tip: Saving money is better than Investing money when interest rates are equal. If you borrowed at 5%pa. when you pay money on that debt you get a 5% return. If it is an investment you get a 5% return minus any taxes which gives you more like a 3.5% return.
