Tonight we tried a new vegetarian dish. Our previous attempts were low in protein so I asked chat gpt to give me suggestions, and found one we could all agree on. Black bean and sweet potato tacos. Brilliant!

Been listening to old friends these past two days. British Steel and Point of Entry from Judas Priest, and Killers and Number of the Beast from Iron Maiden. They were so good then!
