This -- is one off the great expressions of Sauvignon Blanc - mineral, great acidic backbone -- refreshing and complex and a wine that should benefit with some time in the cellar (but it's so good now.) The key here is of course Monte Damnes ... Arguably the finest vineyard site in all of Sancerre
