People who voted for him seem a bit surprised, people who did not vote for him are not at all surprised by the last few weeks - this was an intentional choice by more than half the voters, they wanted this, go ask them why.

Josh never had a bad offense in NE, including with Jones at QB. If he’s a good OC, he’s a lot more likely to stay and provide continuity for Maye than any other candidate. I would guess Josh is not going to be looking to jump to HC again in two years like other leading candidates might

Last offseason, Elliott Wolf's front office went out and signed Takitaki, Okorafor, Nick Leverett, Austin Hooper, Antonio Gibson. They need a whole new front office and a whole new coaching staff. Other than a couple anomalies, most players have gotten worse as the season has progressed.
