Hmm. . . Since I moved to Brookline Village in 1994, roughly 200 multifamily units (including some ADUs) have been built within a mile radius of my home. Extremely few affordable units, which is a terrible thing, but it is simply not true that “Brookline stopped building new dense housing.”
