Why does Joe Scarborough refer to the president as “Donald Trump” while co-hosts Willie Geist and Jonathan Lemire refer to him as “Trump?”

Think about all the cuts that severely impact the health, safety, and well being of millions of Americans, and then look at this absurd photo taken yesterday during CPAC. This has greed written all over it — make all these cuts in order to make room for major tax cuts for the rich. It’s sickening.

Trump has all the attributes of the character Seth Pecksniff in Charles Dickens's 1843 novel "Martin Chuzzlewit" -- a chiseler who would say and do anything to satisfy his hunger for wealth and power. So, if you hear or read that Trump poses as a Pecksniffian leader, you'll understand the reference.
