Yeah, all you can do is own it! I remember listening back to something I’d done and saying to a friend that I sounded like a smug idiot, and she replied helpfully, “Yep, because that’s what you sound like.” You’ve got great taste and you’re lots of fun, so I’m sure it’ll be well received. I know that horror! Been interviewed on quite a few podcasts over the years and it gets easier (and you get better), but I still cringe at things that probably nobody else would even notice. Well done for doing it!

I returned to screenwriting last year after a very long break (never got anything made), initially also for funsies, but it sucked me in. Now I’m so invested with my characters and stories, I want to see something get made. At least you are *someone* who’s been published. Hope it works out for you!
