Battling mental illness since my teens, I've faced depression, bipolar disorder, and suicidal ideation. Of dual-ethnicity, racialised as Black racism has been a constant in my life. These experiences fuel my commitment for equity and justice.

With over a decade of experience, I've led initiatives to address racism in organisations as well as work to improve access, experience and outcomes for people with severe & enduring mental illnesses.
