It's interesting that no one actually reads the text of the Executive Order that renames only a small portion of the Gulf. The text clearly specifies that only the part of the Gulf over the US Continental Shelf is to be renamed. That looks like this. Only the part in pink is renamed.

It's ridiculous that a lot of the things they are doing illegally could be done legally through their majorities in the House and Senate.
