of course there are problems. i've never said there are no problems! my point was there's too much emphasis on the problems in politics. it's like me repeatedly telling you it's monday, you already know it, it gets boring. i'd rather hear solutions..... and solutions acknowledge problems anyway.

Think I just want more emphasis on problem solving than the tiresome over emphasis on the problem. This was what I quite liked about zack when I've heard him before.

fair point, but i'd say the emphasis is unhelpful in the long term. it's suggesting the greens* can create a utopia. *i know all parties are guilty of this. why can't we just accept a tolerable level of imperfection?

Zack, i'm not against you, just sick of politics highlighting the flaws of living in the uk. we live in one of the best places in the world. digging up gripes is selling fear like reform and the daily mail. it also suggests you can sort all our ills. you'll only disappoint. achievable targets please

heard a theory about the prize that rings true. all the revenue from the world cup goes to fifa(those daft ticket prices and all), the costs are paid by the host country. this may seem unfair, but the host country have the option to tax fifa on the revenue. the US are not taking this option....1/2

oh yes! it's amazing what the kids nowaday can get with the press of a couple of buttons. we had to go to the metaphorical, and sometimes real life, woods to find some grot. i do think they'll be all bored with it by the age of 30. channel 4 sunday night was early to bed night.

it's such an intolerant idea Pete and would give the majority of misguided reform voters a real axe to grind. a lot of reform voting is just a protest vote.

aye. quite a few russians in london, does that make it legitimate for russia to invade the UK? obviously no. it's only because the old USSR was far larger over 30 years ago that there are more russians in parts of ukraine and other countries, it's no justification for their entitled actions.
