Locally I have noticed a correlation of folk dining out being young, late teens to say 25ish and 45+, potentially the young having money to spend as they are living with their parents and the 40+ having older affordable mortgages or no mortgages. Seems to be a swathe in between missing.

I'm going to watch this film again, on reflection I think it's likely a whole lot better, layered and impactive than my initial thoughts. A film that may even be elevated further by what comes next in the hopeful trilogy.

The bigger question for me, someone who is not an expert, is this seems like it's an obvious eventuality, so why have successive government's dragged their feet. Im guessing lobbying of powerful legacy fossil fuel companies and the weakness and fallibility of politicians to donations and pressure.

Definite regression, I grew up in the 80s and slowly but surely there was a slow, incremental, progressive change from initially tolerance, then general acceptance for such things. I'd say this has been in reverse for some 15 years now in the UK.
