Massive lack of intelligence on the pitch. Not an iota of anticipation here...he's a bloody defender, and he shouldn't be switching off when the ball is coming over.
First thought when it goes over his head should be 'what if this comes back to me' and be expecting that to happen.
He's awful.

Haven't seen that, but saw the I review with him on United's YouTube channel on the day he signed and not one general soundbite left his mouth. Very intelligent, assured and spoke strongly. Gave me confidence that there was a lot of hope in him from that alone.

Glad he got his goal, because the service into him (as it has been for years with our centre forwards) has been none-existent.

We need to start playing effective football. We need to start winning some winnable games.
We need to do whatevers necessary to achieve that & not just keep digging at a hole.
Someone said it feels like we're watering a dead plant. I think that's a good analogy.

Did that once for a clothes steamer. Tracked it to the hilt, and knew the time slot it was arriving. So excited, it was one of those ones you hang your clothes in, not a handheld one.

We've done this in many pre-season over the last 10 years or so...but we haven't transferred it into the season for some reason. It's essential we attack with some intent this season cause a bit of chaos in the final third.
