That's an awful lot of posting to say what I have already said.
I don't think the kids should be banned I think the tech companies should be forced to get their act together so it's a safer space.
I also believe there should be alternatives provided. But as we've seen such places like youth clubs are being closed down and that's wrong.

If people are far more mobile then they can meet up.
