What a player Torres was! Lucky to be at the "Theatre" when he ripped Vidic to pieces. Boy the Away End was bouncing that day! Also saw him early on away at Reading in the League Cup. Memory is rubbish, but think he scored a hat-trick? Only the League Cup, but he was unplayable that night. #memories

Hugo Ekitike looks the real deal and the promise to be a real superstar. And a bargain compared to Isak. Didn't like the way he acted before leaving Newcastle. Thus is modern football.

Saw them play together too: 1982 onward, but really started going to loads of aways from 1984. With Rush in the team, a goal(s) was almost guaranteed. What a player.

...and he'll always be a King before a "Knight" 🙃

Stood on The Kop loads of times (even "The Kop's Last Stand), back of The Kop for Euro nights with Genoa and PSG in the 90's, Barca in 2001 (when it was bouncing!). Just wrote about the 4-0 with Madrid in 2009. Stood right behind Casillas who had a blinder that night even though the Reds smashed em!

Season ticket holder (lower Sir Kenny Stand) but watched last night on the TV. Anfield sounded unreal again. There's something about being in an Away End I've always loved (being outnumbered etc) but when Anfield is rocking there's something otherworldly about it. Best team performance of the season

It's on that *other* social media site John. Give me a few minutes to finish off some writing and I'll find it. Direct after match quote (but then again, who knows in today's world).

He's a class player, but he's at the right club (if you know what I mean 😃) They pump self-entitlement into the veins when you become a "Galactico".

Thanks John. I was referencing Bellingham in an after match presser when he said he wasn't overly impressed with the atmosphere and other stadiums were far better (The Emirates, etc). Anyway, his snide tackle gave away the free-kick for the goal, so that'll do for me.
