#Facebook now wants you to choose between paying for a subscription and selling your data. I think this is my breaking point. I don't use it much, but it does have its uses. You also have the option to close your account, so I might just do that instead 😞

And so it begins!... Just installed #HomeAssistant for the first time on a mini PC. It shouldn't take long to get it set up and migrate everything across to it. I'll report back in several weeks time haha.

Here's my take on a homemade healthier fishcake. Chickpeas and broccoli blended with tuna. Some peppers and turmeric added too. And then some extra fish oil for that omega 3 goodness.

Here's my take on a homemade healthier fishcake. Chickpeas and broccoli blended with tuna. Some peppers and turmeric added too. And then some extra fish oil for that omega 3 goodness.
Did a bit of meal prepping yesterday. Instead of cooking an entire Sunday roast just for me, I've done my own scaled down version. Chicken, broccoli, peas, carrots, mushrooms and onion in a veg (sort of) gravy, with a side of sweet potatoes. It's nothing fancy, but good enough for me on a Sunday.
