All of the large insurers that offer Medigap offer Plan G (the most comprehensive but expensive supplement), as well as others. United Healthcare (and AARP, through UHC) also offers a high-deductible version of Plan G.

If you have a supplement to Part B (Medigap), then it must be Plan *something*.
