Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) using telnet protocol under the hood for administration of their devices, which some of their clients seem to be connecting to the internet (against their recommendation). Over 2000 of these visable on Shodan alone. Wouldn't make a bad little #IoT #Botnet
