Seems to be some genuine interest in DOGE from UK public service reform types.

I can see no chance of genuine efficiencies coming from any organisation that runs its internal governance in this way.

I have a lot of time for the idea that you can do less and achieve more, so fingers crossed for this interpretation - controlling the stream of issues, reducing context switching, being more strategic.

Would need to come along with distributing leadership in areas that aren't prioritised though.
