I've not used oil paint for panel lines instead seal paint with gloss varnish and then apply enamel dark wash and use enamel thinner to clean up. Some very good tutorials on YouTube.

Another madness is photoetch. Most of it can be ignored so why include bits that are 1 or 2 mm in size and also contained inside the vehicle?
