I have no problem with treats. Treats are good. But treats need to be treats and not viewed as needs. Not demanding them when they risk the safety of others.

It is BECAUSE crime is trending down and residents are starting to return that they are doing this. They take credit for the trend already underway. A decade from now, when they made a new mess, they will blame others.
