For a #throwbackthursday Thanksgiving, here are Sam and Harry as kittens, about six and a half years ago. I'm thankful for my dad's decision to rescue their mother. Just look at those beans!

A few months before my father passed away, a very young stray cat asked my parents for help while they were at the local fairgrounds. My parents took her in, named her Maxine, and then discovered she was pregnant. Sam and Harry are her sons.

This is Sam's brother Harry. He is protective, comforting, and also a big floof.
