I'm chaining them just like that. Even saw this tool that runs them in parallel github.com/open-cli-too...
Have to try it out tho.

Oh, and used pnpm instead of npm, but that was only like a 15s difference compared to docker build which now takes about minute and a half less.

I wasn't focused on tests that much. Mostly on lint, typechecking and build steps, and after that on docker build.
