Giraffe Tiramisu birthday cake for my brother. Had so much fun making it, and it was delicious. 6 tiers genoise sponge cake, soaked in coffee and amaretto, mascarpone cream between the layers. #bakesky
6 tier cake with ladyfinger all around. In between each is a pretzel that looks like a tree with mascarpone died green for the leaves. There is chocolate rocks for decoration on top and a blue pound made of gelatine. Giraffes are eating the leaves of fake trees and you can see two birthday candles with the number 3 and 7. Crumbled cookies imitate brown sand. Same cake but before the giraffes and final decorations were added.
