Has anyone actually got a decent rainfall radar app that clearly indicates rainfall direction, intensity and duration? $96 million dollars for a BOM website that no longer provides critical detail in my opinion.

In an ideal world, I’d agree with you 100%. But the reality is a very different story.

A ridiculous situation by anyone’s measure. Is this a failure of the resources Minister? Or a systemic issue? To the casual observer there would appear to be an instant solution to our high electricity prices? And an interim solution to the Tomago Smelter closure until more renewables come online.

As a layman I would’ve thought this would be a very easy case to prosecute. But the vagaries and surprising interpretations of the law never cease to amaze me.

Albo leads a government that is mildly more palatable than the LNP. Who truly represents Left Progressives any more? The ALP and LNP primary loyalties lie with Woodside, Santos, Whitehaven, Bravus etc etc. How can we act on climate in this country when we have no viable voting option?
