Almost all of the PWD IDs issued by LGUs have zero security, authentication, and digital features. No EMV, no RFID, not even a magnetic stripe. They are printed on regular paper or sometimes on plastic ID cards. It's no surprise that they are very easy to counterfeit by unscrupulous entities
