So my tandem TSlim decided to tell me that because I haven’t interacted with it for 12 hours in the morning, it will turn off unless I press a button. Reason: I had such good control for 12 hours I didn’t require a correction.

Even as a manager I view my reports as my peers. I just handle the day to day, shield them from the noise, give them the power to flex, to grow, so these wizards can execute their code.
