working out does wonders for the mind.
I used to roll my eyes, because I did work out. But it was always to be smaller, not healthier, happier. Now, whenever I feel the mental spiral coming, I move, dance, row… helps me regulate my emotions.
Can’t wait to see what progress this year will bring ❤️
