How can anyone expect a new £10 dress to be made in any way that involves an ethical supply chain? And the amount of *stuff* constantly produced is depressing - apart from all the CO2, I visualise the Earth literally starting to sink under the weight.

This is the sort of thing I loved when I lived in Germany - that was back in the 90s. Even then, the Germans were so ahead of the UK in terms of their awareness of wellbeing and care for the planet. I remember they used the word "wellness" then, when we didn't...

A mandate requiring employees to work full time in the office (where not necessary for the role) will clearly damage their brand as an employee of choice. Don't these companies realise this impact? This feedback from recruiters is not surprising.

If you haven't yet seen the Melvin Sheldrake documentary on Fungi on iplayer, I'd hugely recommend it ('Fungi: web of life'). Whether you're partial to immersing yourself in the world of fungi or not, it'll be worth 40 minutes of your time. It's beautiful, fascinating and humbling (as a human).
