She's a little dense, but it's bread.

I may be too impulsive for bread making. I'm making a sour dough starter. I wanted to make something with the discard, but also too lazy to look up a recipe. This is the result- I'll update with a photo of the inside.

Dinner in the oven, fresh baked bread cooling- 2 cats and a knitting project. I couldn't be more cozy on a cold winter night.
