Makes sense. I just wish that part of the equation was getting more traction. Sorry, I’m not trying to challenge your decades of coverage, and this isn’t intended to negate your points.

Unfortunately additional housing density does not always equal more affordable housing. Case in point, a small 1950’s house was sold, two new townhouses added to the backyard, just listed for $1.3M each. Houses are three story and look directly into the yards and houses around them.

Her loss was tragic. We were friendly, but not best buds. My ex worked with other members of the band. I left Capitol Hill after because it was just too much. Evil Stig was awesome, and I was glad they got some of the attention they deserved.
