Might start a quick lil thread of the games I complete this year, as I think I’ll have quite a few that I will get through…
Shout out to my job for essentially gifting me a gift card I used to buy Clair Obscur. Now I can finally beat the game without gamepass. Ideally I’d have this completed before the end of the year, but games be gaming and my time never wants to slow down so I can play them all :(

I may not resonate with everything coming out of Detroit, but that is clearly the most fascinating region in hip-hop right now and it’s cool seeing them having a real moment. Just got put on to BandGang Lonnie Bands, and his shit aint bad.

My most played video game this year was MGS V: The Phantom Pain. Kojima legit had me in a chokehold this year; I beat this, MGS 2, MGS 3, and Death Stranding in the last 12 months. And honestly, if I played my PS5 more I would’ve completed Death Stranding 2 by now. Damn that guy is good.

But I also just ordered KOTOR The Master Collection for Switch and I am absolutely running through both 1 & 2 before Fate of The Old Republic drops. Playing 2 on Steam to play with the restored content mod.

Started a second playthrough. I was a brilliant professor who could hack and talk my first time. This time I’m a dumb gambler who sneaks and melees. But as I dont want to willingly lose all my time here again, this is a Steam Deck exclusive playthrough.
The Outer Worlds 2. Not perfect, but just the rpg that I needed. I really like this game, and I think on a second playthrough with different choices I might come to love the game. Such an improvement on OW1, and another feather in Obsidian’s cap.

Lando Norris has won his first Formula One world championship with a gutsy, nerveless drive of no little bravery to seal it with third place at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. A podium was enough for the 26-year-old British driver despite Red Bull’s Max Verstappen winning and his McLaren teammate Oscar Piastri taking second.

I have a really bad habit of playing so many video games at once and not just locking in on one. I’m currently in the middle of playing: RDR1, SW Outlaws, and The Outer Worlds 2, amongst other smaller games I pop into here and there.
